Our Expectations Of Our Managers And Employees

I want our team to understand the kind of behaviour we value and the kind we don't:

We appreciate those who work hard and contribute to the team. We don't like those who are lazy and don't pull their weight.

We value intelligence, as it's essential for running a successful company.

We respect those who avoid office politics and focus on their work.

We have no respect for those who suck up to their bosses and bully their colleagues.

We admire skilled professionals who take pride in their work and respect the expertise of their colleagues.

We appreciate leaders who hire talented employees who can take over their positions in the future. We feel sorry for those who only hire subpar employees because they're insecure.

We value leaders who help their subordinates grow and advance in their careers. We prefer hiring from within the company and want to avoid looking for outside candidates.

We appreciate delegation and the added responsibility it brings.

We admire kind and respectful people who treat others well, especially those who sell to us. We don't tolerate those who cause conflict, create paperwork without purpose, pass the blame onto others, or lie.

We value organized individuals who deliver their work on time and keep their spaces clean.

We respect those who are active in their communities, volunteering for hospitals, attend school meetings, and those of other voluntary organizations.
